- Direct engagement outside the platform voids HaB’s liability and protection policies.
- Clear terms of engagement, including work hours and responsibilities, must be established before service commencement.
3. Security & Emergency Protocols
- Users should disclose any known risks or security concerns before hiring a bodyguard.
- In case of an emergency, users should contact HaB support and local authorities.
- Bodyguards are trained to follow security protocols to ensure user safety.
4. Code of Conduct
- Users must treat bodyguards with respect and professionalism.
- Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abuse will result in an immediate ban from the platform.
- Any disputes must be reported through HaB’s official support channel for resolution.
5. Liability & Legal Compliance
- HaB is not liable for incidents occurring outside the agreed-upon service terms.
- Users must adhere to local laws and regulations regarding security personnel.
- Any attempt to engage in unlawful activities with HaB bodyguards will result in legal action and permanent suspension.
